Our company has participated in the "Customer Complaint Settlement Scheme" (hereinafter referred to as "CCSS").The CCSS is a mediation scheme set up by the telecommunications industry to help resolve billing disputes in deadlock between customers and their telecommunications service providers.The mediation service is provided by the independent CCSS Centre set up under the Communications Association of Hong Kong, an industry association representing the communications sector in Hong Kong.For further information on the CCSS, please call 21809521 or visit the CCSS website at http://ccss.cahk.hk.

Delivery policy

After the payment is successfully fulfilled, the order will be shipped in two working days. Since the oversea direct orders will be shipped from Hong Kong, we could not upload shipment information before customs clearance; the customer can view the information in three to seven days after the order is shipped. Orders will be delivered after customs clearance in three to seven days in the country, normally delivery period is from seven to fourteen days.

Remote Area
It takes longer time to deliver the order to some remote areas (such as Gansu, Qinghai, Liaoning, Jilin, Ningxia, Xizang, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang and Neimenggu). Therefore, it might take twelve days to deliver the order. If the aforementioned situation happened to you, please contact us, we will track the order for you.
